Shipping policy
Processing Times
• Orders ship in 1–3 business days from our U.S. partner warehouse (most pet items ship from New Jersey).
• You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Shipping Methods & Rates
• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): as shown at checkout (currently $8.00 for most orders).
• Express Shipping (2–4 business days): as shown at checkout (currently $15.00).
• Free Shipping: available when your cart meets the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout (if applicable).
• Some oversized/heavy items may carry a surcharge; any changes will appear before you pay.
Delivery Issues (48-Hour Window)
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@greenpup.co within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include your order # and clear photos of the outer box, packing slip, and item. Keep all packaging while we review.
Food & Treats
• For safety, treats and food are FINAL SALE and cannot be canceled or returned once the order is placed, except for damage on arrival.
Address Changes & Refused Packages
• We can update addresses only before an order ships.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, reshipment fees may apply. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Split Shipments
• To deliver faster, your order may ship from more than one warehouse; you’ll get tracking for each parcel.
