What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package is marked delivered but missing, please contact the carrier directly. GreenPup Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact support@greenpupco.com to start a return or exchange.
